I have been enjoying the profile of Walton Ford in the January 26 issue of The New Yorker. As someone who spends half a project doing research on their subjects, I can appreciate his approach to making work. As a fan of all things beautiful, I can't help but fawn over his lush watercolors. Here Walton talks about the story behind his painting, Monkey Banquet.
