I first wrote about
Vivian Maier in 2009 and since that time she has been discovered and canonized by street photographers around the globe. With a new book of her work slated for release this fall, a
documentary about her discovery and retrospective at the
Chicago Cultural Center it looks like she is finally getting the mainstream attention she deserves.
